Shipping rates rest of World: Please contact us for detailed information before you try to place an order in our shop. Note that we are not able to offer a flat rate/fixed shipping rate to all destinations. Therefore the shop system will not allow anyone living outside the above listed Countries to complete an order. First we have to manually add a special freight rate based on your actual order and destination. Only then can your order be completed. We apologice for this, but this is to ensure that you know and accept the shipping costs, and that you only have to go through the payment process one time.

General Shipping information:
Flat Rate principle is a simplified way of calculating the Shipping costs. The price is the same whether the weight is 100g or 31 kg. As an example, a complete Suspension System with four Dampers and four Springs, or a complete Brake change with four Brake Discs and four Brake Pads weighs around 28- 34 kg. This means there is no surcharge to the base shipping fee.
We always do our best to make orders fit in one and the same box. If your order needs to be shipped in more then one Box, we will contact you soon after you placed your order, to explain the situation.
Volumetric Surcharge:
Articles such as Bumpers, Spoilers, Side Skirts, Body Panels or anything of greater volumetric size then maximum allowed dimensions for a normal Flat Rate shipment, is subject to a Surcharge according to the relevant rates, presented to us by our Shippers. Due to practical and software restricted reasons, Volume or Weight Surcharges can not be added during your order process, but will be added manually after you have placed the order. We will typically contact you by email, only minutes after you have placed your order.
If we have to contact you in regards to added shipping costs, and you find the costs unacceptable, You are of course free to cancel the order or part of it. Please note that we always do our best to find the least expensive Freight option, and we only charge you the net. costs.
Poste Restante
We are happy to send orders Poste Restante To the Swedish Post offices that offer this service free of Charge. Note that we will not cover any local expenses. Customers residing in Norway using this service, are solely responsible that the total value is within the applicable rates. Any sale with a delivery address inside the EU, is subject to 25% sales VAT according to Danish regulations.
General Terms:
-Alfastumper.dk chooses the Shipper at all times unless otherwise agreed upon.
-All articles are transported under the basic conditions applicable to the Shipper and Service in question.
-Transport Insurance is included as standard.
Delivery:
It is the recipients own responsibility to be present at the delivery address during office hours. It is also the recipients own responsibility to contact the local Shipper/Transport company to arrange 2nd delivery attempt if the first attempt fails.
We will send a shipping notification by email when your order is in Transit. This will include information pertaining to the unique Tracking ID for on-line Tracking Services. In most cases you will be able to calculate the date of delivery by following the shipment progress through the on-line tracking system.
Returning goods:
Defective or incorrect articles must be returned in the original packaging on the first weekday after the Claim has been reported. Please take note, that claims must be submitted to us in writing via email, no more then 5 days after you have received the order. In most cases, we will arrange for Pick up of return goods in coordination with You, the customer. In other cases, the customer will have to make own arrangements, using local Postal Services or other inexpensive Carrier. In these cases we will refund the agreed upon amount in full.
