About the Store:
- Alfastumper.dk is an On-line Web Store. We offer a wide selection of Tuning and Accessories for Alfa Romeo & Fiat. We also offer an extensive selection of Genuine Alfa Romeo & Fiat Spare Parts.
- Our 400m2 Warehouse, boasts the most extensive stock of its kind in Scandinavia. More then 10.000 Alfa Romeo & Fiat articles on stock at all times, ready to ship anywhere in the world.
- All sales are, - except otherwise agreed, - delivered by mode of transport to the chosen delivery address of the customer.
- Sales Transactions are completed online via our webstore. We do not offer a physical Store to shop from.
- Pick-up of online orders from our Warehouse, is strictly by appointment. Opening hours are weekdays 12:00-3:00 pm
- We strive to keep our prices low for your benefit. Administration is expensive, and we want to focus on business at hand, which is running a Web Store. While we are of course happy to answer any general question relating to items in our store, we do not offer technical advice or diagnose car trouble. We kindly ask you to consult your Mechanic or one of the many Alfa Romeo or Fiat related online Forums.
Delivery: We process about 80% orders within the first 24 hours. (workingdays) Our Team will contact you if any articles from your order is not in stock for immediate dispatch.
Payment:
Payment is by Credit Card only.
Security:
We value your Card Security. Our Online Payment System is operated by QuickPay - A leading company in the field of Payment Gateways. QuickPay is approved by PBS. (PBS is the Joint Bank Service Payment Systems, which is a company that includes all Danish Banks) To be approved by PBS, the Company in question must at all times ahere to the latest rules and regulations concerning Data Security for Online Payment.

Online Payment Fees:
- Dankort & VisaDankort: Free
- MasterCard, MasterCard Debet, VISA, Visa Electron Issued in Danmark: 1.25% added to the total
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard Debet, Visa Electron issued in Countries outside Denmark: 1.25% added to the total
- Paypal using your Paypal account or a wide variety of credit cards incl. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, JCB.: 3.00% added to the total.
Important information: If you order from outside Denmark and pay with Credit Card, please check your Card Issuer procedures in respect to Payment Reservation for Online Shopping. In most cases your Credit Card Issuer will Reserve the purchase amount from your account immediately after you have completed a Payment Transaction. This does not necessarily mean that alfastumper.dk charged your Creditcard / Claimed payment. It means that your Creditcard issuer reserved the amount to ensure coverage.
VAT - Value Added Tax;
All sales made to private individuals residing in EU Countries is subject to Danish Sales Tax (moms / Value added tax) at the rate of 25%
VAT Exempted sales to companies inside EU, with a valid VAT number, are welcome. All companies must be approved and undergo a registration process prior to any VAT free sales. Please contact us if you wish to make a VAT free purchase on behalf of your company.
Sales made to residents/companies outside the EU are VAT exempted / Tax Free.
All prices are as standard shown including 25% VAT. In the top right Menu, there is also a Toggle switch function, which allows you to view the prices ex. / inc. VAT.

Price Policy and Discounts:
Alfastumper.dk uses a fixed price policy equal to all. We do not offer hidden discounts to Clubs or Organisations.
Sponsorship:
Alfastumper.dk have through the years sponsored various Merchandise and Accessories for Club Meet Raffles, held in the Nordic Region. Club Representatives are asked to contact us via email for any such enquiries.

Warranty & Claims
Full warranty is assumed to apply to any sale, and thereby covered under Danish Warranty regulations (Købeloven). If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, this claim must be filed to us via email, no later then 5 days after you have received it. The item must be returned the following working day.
If upon receipt of your order, the packaging show signs of damage and/or open, - or if you suspect part of the order may be missing, we advise you to refuse acceptance. In this case, please contact us immediately, so that we may take action to resolve the situation with the Shipper. It is the customers responsibility to prove missing or damaged items was also missing or damaged at the time of receipt. When in doubt, use photo documentation.
Right to regret the purchase: All sales are initially covered for 14 days, by the right to regret the purchase (fortrydelsesretten). Following exceptions apply. Articles of an electronic nature when the packaging seal has been broken. Any Custom article which is exclusively offered from our store, and/or Custom Fabricated articles. Articles witch have been fitted, worn or otherwise taken into use. (if we by mistake have sent you an incorrect article, and this is discovered after the articles has been test fitted, then we will of course exchange for the correct article.)
You can also regret the purchase by refusing to accept the goods upon delivery.
The right to regret the purchase applies to all remote sales delivered by transporter to private individuals. It does not apply to any sale where the item is picked up from our location, nor does it apply to any sales made to a Company or when delivered to a Third Party address.
If the customer informs alfastumper.dk within 14 days of the purchase, that he/she has regretted the purchase, and returns the items as specified, alfastumper.dk will refund the full purchase amount less shipping and handling costs. In addition any payment fees associated with the payment transaction or Customs Fees, (TaxFree sales outside EU) will also be deducted.
Any items returned to us UFRANCO or COD (Collect on Delivery) is refused. When returning items to us, always contact us first to get our acceptance on mode of transport. The customer is solely responsible for any item being returned until we have signed for it. Please ensure that you package the item securely to avoid damage during transport.
If the Packaging is open, or bares markings of damage, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance, or to sign with reservations of possible damage/missing contents. In both cases we will ensure full photo documentation
Returning goods by Claim:
Defective or incorrect articles must be returned in the original packaging on the first workingday after the Claim has been reported. Please take note, that claims must be submitted to us in writing via email, no more then 5 days after you have received the order. In most cases, we will arrange for Pick up of return goods in coordination with You, the customer. In other cases, the customer will have to make own arrangements, using local Postal Services or other inexpensive Carrier. In these cases we will refund the agreed upon amount in full.
Return items must be sent to: Zeatek Tuning, Charlottevej 30 F, 4270 Hoeng, Denmark.
Please note: Retuned items must be in the original packaging.
Reviews: Customers have the opportunity to review any purchase and order they made with our store. Please spend a few minutes of your time to use this important option and share your views and opinions with fellow Alfisti. Your contribution is highly appreciated.
General Terms of Trade: We reserve the right to cancel any sale made under the Trade Descriptions Act, if the sale is subject to misprint, incorrect information, incorrect photo description and/or incorrect pricing. Cancellation may also apply if an article is depleted from stock, either temporarily or permanently.
